When Will You Ship My Order?

Orders are shipped every 2-3 days. If you need an item shipped quickly, please let us know. Sometimes you need that special item quickly.

On occasion, the store will be on vacation. If the store is on vacation, please understand that it may take 7 days to ship your order. If the store is on vacation, we will post an announcement on the front page of the website.

When Your Order is Shipped:

You will receive notification of the shipment and tracking number.

Product Returns

We want you to be pleased about your purchase. Better yet, we want it to fit!

Tonya's Boutique provides a 21 day from purchase date, no questions asked return policy for online store credit only. Because our product changes quickly, we cannot honor returns more than 21 days from purchase date.  All items must be returned with tags on, unwashed, unused, and in original condition when sent.

Returns Process

To start your return, please email Tonya's Boutique at tonyajolley3@gmail.com with the item information and reason for the return. The information you provide about the item will help inform us of future offerings.

Once your return is approved, a shipping address will be provided.  

After you ship your item, please email us the tracking number for your shipment. Tonya's Boutique also recommends that you insure your return. Tonya's Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
